​ Core Training
Core Training has become popular in fitness in recent years. 
The objective of core training is to uniformly strengthen the deep and superficial muscles that stabilize, align and move the trunk of the body, especially the abdominals and muscles of the back.  Historically, physical therapists prescribed core exercises for patients with low-back problems, and more recently core training has become popular among athletes to help improve sports performance.

A weak core is a fundamental problem inherent to inefficient movement that may lead to predictable patterns of injury.  Our core training programs are designed to help you gain neuromuscluar control, stability, muscular endurance, strength and power of the core.

Flexibility Training
Flexibility training has become increasingly recognized as an important way to help aid in preventing and treating neuromuscular injuries.

​Without adequate levels of flexibility and joint motion you may be at an increased risk for injury, and may not be able to achieve your personal fitness goals until these deficits are corrected.

Our integrated training programs are designed to assist in correcting any issues you may experiencing and on your way to the results you are looking for.

Group Fitness Training
Are you a social person? Do you prefer to workout with a small group of other motivated individuals?
Group Fitness Training offers custom programs designed for groups as small as 4 and as large as 20.

Cardio Fitness Training
Cardiorespiratory Fitness reflects the ability of your circulatory and respiratory systems to supply oxygen-rich blood to skeletal muscles during sustained physical activity. 

Cardio Fitness is vitally important to health and wellness as well as to the ability to engage in normal activities of daily living without excessive fatigue.

Poor cardiorespiratory fitness is related to a marked increase in risk of premature death from all causes, but particularly from cardiovascular disease. 

Conversely, an improvement in cardiorespiratory fitness is related to an reduction in premature death in all causes.

​Congratulations on your decision to consider participating in an exercise program! With the help of your personal trainer, you'll greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits. The details of these training sessions can be used for a lifetime.

In order to maximize progress, it will be necessary for you to follow program guidelines during supervised and (if applicable) unsupervised training days. Remember, exercise and healthy eating are EQUALLY important!

During your exercise program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In volunteering for this program, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program.

It is recommended that all program participants work with their personal trainer three (3) times per week. However, due to scheduling conflicts and financial considerations, a combination of supervised and unsupervised workouts is possible.

You accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being AND you acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by the trainers of the program.
